What this site is. New Online Casinos ranks casinos that Canadians can open now, with the newest arrivals judged on what a new operator can actually prove: a licence that resolves on the issuing register, an owner you can identify, and a withdrawal that completed. There are no star ratings anywhere on this site, because a site that opened this year has nothing to score.

Who does the testing. Ingrid Devereux, a licensing and compliance reviewer based in Kingston, Ontario. She spent nine years in AML compliance at a payments processor before this, which is where the habit of looking up a licence holder before believing a footer comes from. She has opened and funded accounts at roughly 130 casinos since 2021, and the register check has always been step one rather than an afterthought.

We do not claim every site here is new. This page includes long-established operators alongside recent launches, and each write-up says which is which. Pages promising fifteen newly launched casinos while listing a brand that has been trading since the nineties are describing their lineup, not their testing.

How it is funded. New Online Casinos earns a commission when a reader opens an account through a link here. That pays for the test deposits. It does not set the order, operators are not shown drafts, and no position is for sale. Where an operator we earn from performed badly, the write-up says so.
